Standard Payment

All prices and amounts shown on this Site are in U.S. Dollars (USD), and are subject to change at any time unless otherwise noted. All pricing whether on the website, discussed verbally, or in writing are subject to change at any time for any reason.

Return Policy

All our products are 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not satisfied with your order for any reason please, contact us at team@harpershouse.com. ‍‍

‍Standard Shipping

We offer USPS and UPS shipping options, as well as a Local Pick Up option on the Site. Other freight carrier options may be provided on a case-by-case basis to you for larger orders. Shipping transit times are different for every shipping option and carrier chosen. UPS and Fedex both work on standard business days (Monday-Friday), and do not deliver on Saturday (unless Saturday delivery is specified) or Sunday. Please do not include the day that your package ships when calculating delivery days in transit. It is the customer's responsibility to acknowledge and understand this when choosing a shipping method and carrier option. Shipping times vary, and Harper's House assumes no responsibility for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or any damages resulting from the failure to receive a job on time. Your order may arrive late due to unforeseen delays in service, the breakdown of equipment, etc. Harper's House responsibility is limited to processing and preparing your order and providing it to your chosen shipping carrier. ‍

Our Sales Tax Policy

Harper's House charges sales tax to orders shipped to a destination within the states of New York, Illinois and Pennsylvania. If you are tax exempt, you need to email or fax to us your tax exemption certificate. Tax documents can be sent directly to team@harpershouse.com for processing. ‍

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, designs, and images of our products that appear on our website. Due to differences in displays and screens, we cannot guarantee what you see is exactly what you will receive. We are always working to improve our products and add new products as they become available. As a result, we may modify or discontinue our products. We reserve the right to make any changes to any products, at any time with or without reason, at the our sole discretion.

Typographical errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or other mistakes that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, offers, product or shipping charges, transit times, product availability, may occur from time to time.
